CNC Operator

Utilization of metal manufacturing equipment to manufacture and assemble components per supplied drawings and specifications. Use precision measuring equipment in performing some operations. Basic blueprint reading and knowledge of shop math will be used daily. Various oils and chemicals are used in some machine operations for this position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Precision machine operating responsibilities.
? Basic blueprint reading and shop math.
? Test and calibrate components and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
? The use and operation of fabrication equipment in work centers such as grinding, honing, passivation, assembly and test, lathes or mills, and heat treat.
? Ability to use various oils and chemicals for some machine operations.
? Identifies product that fail tests or tolerance levels and may repair as necessary.
? Perform changeover of tools, fixtures and test setups.
? Observe established safe working, housekeeping procedures and promptly correct and / or notify supervisor of any hazardous situations.
? All supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:
? High school diploma/GED
? Ability to produce a quality part at a productive rate.


? Work in a fast-paced environment.
? 1-3 Years of Experience as a Machine Operator


PHYSICAL DEMAND:
? While performing duties may be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist or lift.
? May be required to work more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week based on


departmental needs.


WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
? Office and manufacturing environment.
? May be exposed to manufacturing plant conditions and elements including but not limited to noise, dust, dirt, oil, and grease.
? PPE?s may be required including safety glasses, ear plugs and safety shoes in specified areas of the plant.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
