Technical Services Supervisor

Description

Supervise the process and evaluation of product returned to ASCO Numatics. Monitor and track customer returns using the Return Material Authorization (RMA) system. Support investigation and resolution of returns cause and corrective actions using the NCMR system. Provide feedback to management, customers, and sales force as required. Coordinate with various departments and plants to develop preventative actions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervisory responsibilities require training, budgeting, disciplining, scheduling, directing, developing/giving feedback, and measuring performance.
  • Network with Sales, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to resolve reports of product-related issues and implementation of effective actions to prevent recurrence. Champion process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate the review of products returned to ASCO Numatics for evaluation or repair. May require direct involvement with assembly, disassembly, and test of product.
  • Utilize RMA system to communicate and document issues. Generate valve service NCMR s to document requests for corrective action. Report activity monthly.
  • Direct process field notifications. Utilize management information systems to identify exposures of issues. Make field trips to investigate problems when required.
  • Issue monthly reports that summarize credit and warranty activity with ANA Americas.
  • Coordinate corrective action investigations with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and other QA resources.
  • Lead QA activity on stop orders as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with people we serve: customers, sales force, distributors, etc.
  • Ensure consistent, effective customer service and warranty resolution.
  • All supplemental duties, responsibilities, or non-essential requirements as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree required, but may be waived with equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 3 years experience required.
  • Computer and typing skills to include most office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills a must.
  • Knowledge of problem resolution tools Six Sigma .
  • Familiarity with agency approvals and continuous improvement.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
